According to the terms of the call, the research should be targeted on solving specific problems within the priority areas of "Biomedicine" and "Bi Data".
The Russian and German parties conducted external review of the proposals submitted independently. The winning projects received a positive evaluation from the peer-reviewers in both countries.
The amount of the RSF grant is from 4 to 6 million rubles annually with the funding period in 2018-2020.

The Helmholtz Association of German Research Centres is the largest scientific organisation in Germany. It is a union of autonomous 18 scientific-technical and biological-medical research centers.
